I had been planning on speaking with Susan, as she is familiar with my account and questions I have, but was helping another customer, so Savannah asked if she could be of help, and boy was she! I had several questions, and a couple of requests, all of which she handled quickly and efficiently. She understood my questions right away and really took care of business. All too often we're quick to complain when something doesn't go as we wished, but less apt to offer praise when things go very well.
