"I've done two projects with Ed Easley. On one he hired me to to mitigate a water damage claim in Filley Nebraska. Over $10,000 in work, never got paid. The second project We were shorted about $1,200. Ed is a great salesman! Certain he'll deny this but We know the truth."

I will contact the specific claim specialist and set up a conference call to find out the specifics of the claims and address the issues and questions you have. As an agent, I don't hire and/or pay contractors or businesses during a claim. However, I want everyone involved to be treated fairly, so I want to help you contact the claim specialists to hopefully help resolve your issues. "

"I recently had hail damage to my vehicle while in Denver. When I returned, I went to Ed Easley's office on Tuesday to file a claim. Susan was informative and helpful. That afternoon, I went to the body shop to have them give me an estimate and take pictures. They sent in the info to the State Farm office, my claim was processed and paid in under 48 hours. The service and helpfulness was awesome. Thank you, State Farm - Beatrice for your excellent customer service! You are the best!"

"Wind storm blew down my barn and ruffled up my roof pretty badly. 2 different adjusters from 3rd party out of state companies came and made a mess of my home claim. Ed and Megan diligently went through our claim and policy and provided my wife and I with results that we were satisfied with. Finally, after the 3rd inspection was completed, using a local SF adjuster, facilitated by Ed and Megan, my property is better than it was before and all repairs and the rebuild were fully paid for, outside of my deductible. Ed and his team care deeply and always take the time to answer my questions and provide solutions to my concerns! They have been a blessing to me and my family. Thanks, Andy"

"Staff at this agency are efficient and informative. The woman I spoke with was friendly and took the time to explain the reimbursement process and she encouraged questions. "It's always very fast adjusted n approved and paid..thats why I've had state farm for 30 yrs and why I stay! Neighbors friends ask me everyday..how did you get that all done so quickly?? "No help when my car was totaled. Their policy holder contacted them and informed them of the damage to my vehicle and they blatantly said they'd do nothing."
